1. As an affiliate , you will be entitled to add and upgrade profiles in the paid category.
 

2. Affiliates shall be permitted to add / upgrade profiles in the paid category upto their profile credit limit only.
 

3. Any profile additions / upgradations attempted by you beyond the profile credit level will be repelled by the system and you will be solely responsible to customers for all claims including money claims.
 

4. As an Affiliate, you may collect payment from the customers in cash, by cheque or credit card, subject to the condition that you shall immediately issue proper receipt in your name, for every such payment.
 

5. Over pricing of the services shall not be tolerated. You will not charge any amount in excess of the MRP specified by us, but you may offer discounts at your end in your sole discretion. We will keep you notified of the price revisions immediately on every such revision.
 

6. We will furnish you with promotional material and product brochures for the purpose of the Affiliate, and the quantity of such material etc., shall be as determined by us from time to time at our discretion.
 

7. During the term of this Affiliate, you will not engage yourself in any kind of business agreement with any of our competitors for online or offline matrimonial or related activities.
 

8. You cannot send promotional material unrelated to Wedkerala.com to members. If you send such material, your Affiliate account will be terminated without prior notice.

9. Being a Affiliate you should not replicate the identity of Wedkerala.com (such as logo, content) in offline and online media, unless you get prior permission from Wedkerala.com

10. We may appoint any number of Affiliates as required on business considerations which may include the territory of your operation.
 

11. We reserve our right to terminate the Affiliate without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the deposit shall be refunded.
 

12. Disputes and claims arising out of this Agreement shall be refered for arbitration before a sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue of arbitration will be at Cochin.
